Worship is the appropriate relationship of man to God.  The character of  man’s worship  informs and  establishes his approach to the Creator.

In humility, reverence, and joy; with order, beauty, and sobriety; through preaching, readings, prayer, and music; we seek to praise God and to cultivate that relationship with Him to which we are called through faith in Christ.

While we acknowledge and address the need to be culturally relevant, worship must first reflect scriptural precedent.  Above all else, it is our ardent desire that our worship services honor, magnify, and bring praise to God and glorify His name, for He alone is worthy of our worship.

Praise the Lord!

Praise God in His sanctuary;

Praise Him in His mighty firmament!

Praise Him for His mighty acts;

Praise Him according to His excellent greatness!”

                                         Psalm 150:1-2

“Be still, and know that I am God;

I will be exalted among the nations,

I will be exalted in the earth!”

                      Psalm 46:10

Let all things be done decently and in order.”
